By using Best Doctor Bangladesh ("the Site"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after a change means you accept the update.

Best Doctor Bangladesh is a directory that lists doctors practising in Bangladesh so patients can find, compare, and contact them. Browsing and contacting listed doctors is free for patients. Doctors pay a one-time registration fee to be listed; there are no tiers and no subscription.

We are not a medical provider and we do not give medical advice. Nothing on the Site is a diagnosis, a treatment recommendation, or a substitute for seeing a doctor. In an emergency, go to the nearest hospital rather than searching here.

We are a directory, not a party to your treatment. We don't employ, supervise, or guarantee the care of any listed doctor. Any consultation, fee, or course of treatment is strictly between you and the doctor. We are not responsible for the quality, timeliness, registration status, or outcome of any care provided by a listed doctor.

• You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account or submitting a listing.
• You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• One account per doctor is expected; don't create accounts to impersonate a doctor you are not and do not represent.

• Submitted profiles are reviewed by a person before they go live. We may reject, edit, or remove a profile at our discretion, including for inaccurate, fraudulent, or duplicate submissions.
• Degrees, designation, workplace, chamber hours and fees on a profile are supplied by the doctor or their chamber. A BMDC-verified badge means we checked the stated registration number against the council register on the date shown; it is not an assessment of anyone's clinical ability.
• The Site publishes no ratings, review scores, or ranking of clinical ability. Results are ordered by years in practice as stated on each profile, which is not a judgement about any doctor, and no payment can change that order.
• Submitting or managing a profile for a doctor you are not and do not represent is a violation of these terms and may result in removal.

• Listing a profile costs a one-time ৳2,950. There is no monthly or annual charge, no premium tier, and no commission on any consultation.
• The fee covers reviewing the submission, checking the stated BMDC registration, and keeping the profile listed. It buys nothing else: it is not placement, not an endorsement, and not a position above any other doctor.
• There is no card gateway on the Site. The fee is arranged with our team directly and the profile is published by hand once it is settled.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. A profile removed for breaching these terms is not refunded.
• We may change the registration fee going forward; a change never applies to a profile already registered.

• Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent qualifications, registration numbers, or chamber details.
• Scraping, bulk-downloading, or reusing directory data outside normal browsing.
• Using any contact details on the Site to send spam, unsolicited advertising, or harassment.
• Attempting to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its accounts.

The Site's design, code, and branding belong to Best Doctor Bangladesh. Profile content (doctor descriptions, chamber photos) remains owned by the doctor or chamber that submitted it, and by using the Site they grant us a license to display it as part of the directory.

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that listings are complete, accurate, or up to date, or that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Best Doctor Bangladesh is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, or from any interaction, transaction, or course of treatment between you and a listed doctor.

We may suspend or remove any account or listing that violates these terms, without notice, at our discretion.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
